Step-by-Step Guide

Lie face down, hands by lower ribs

Q: What's the difference between Upward Dog and Cobra Pose?

In Upward Dog the thighs lift completely off the mat. In Cobra the pelvis remains grounded. Upward Dog is more intense and requires more arm strength.
