Steps

  1. Sit in Easy Pose or Thunderbolt
  2. Raise right arm overhead
  3. Bend right elbow, palm toward back
  4. Bring left arm up behind back
  5. Clasp hands if possible
  6. Hold 1 minute

Tips

Use a strap between hands if they don't reach.

Is this the same as full Cow Face Pose?
The full pose includes the arm position plus a leg wrap, which is more intense.
