Steps

  1. From Low Lunge position
  2. Lift back knee slightly off mat
  3. Rise up through torso
  4. Lift arms overhead alongside ears
  5. Sink hips forward and down
  6. Hold 5 breaths

Tips

Keep front knee over ankle. Press back heel down lightly.

What is the difference between Low Lunge and Crescent Pose?
In Low Lunge the back knee rests firmly on the mat. In Crescent Pose the back heel is down and the chest rises higher.
