  1. From Camel Pose
  2. Release hands from heels
  3. Reach both hands to opposite heels
  4. Drop head back fully
  5. Press hips forward
  6. Hold 20–30 seconds

This is an advanced variation. Only attempt if very comfortable in basic Camel.
