Steps

  1. Sit with left leg extended
  2. Stack right shin over left knee
  3. Keep right leg there
  4. Extend left leg long
  5. Both shins stacked
  6. Fold forward
  7. Hold 1–3 minutes

This is more intense than single-leg versions.
