Steps

  1. Sit upright
  2. Bend right knee and place foot on left thigh
  3. Keep left leg extended or bent
  4. Square hips forward
  5. Fold forward if available
  6. Hold 1–3 minutes

Tips

Never force the foot up onto the thigh. It should rest there naturally.
