Steps

  1. From Tree Pose
  2. If in right Tree with foot on left thigh
  3. Flex right foot and press sole into inner left thigh
  4. Press foot and thigh firmly together
  5. Raise arms overhead
  6. Hold 5 breaths

Tips

This is an advanced variation. Master Tree Pose and Pigeon Pose first.

If you have any knee issues skip the lotus variation. The regular Tree Pose provides good benefits without knee risk.
