Steps

  1. From Pigeon Pose
  2. Bend back leg and reach back to grip foot
  3. Draw foot toward head
  4. Arch spine back
  5. Extend front arm overhead if available
  6. Hold 1–3 minutes

Tips

This is an advanced pose. Master basic Pigeon first.

FAQ

Can I do this pose if I am not very flexible?
Start with the prep version: stay in Pigeon and gently reach the back hand toward back foot without gripping. Progress gradually.
