  1. Kneel and sit back on heels
  2. Feet together, tops of feet on mat
  3. Hands on thighs
  4. Sit tall
  5. Breathe deeply
  6. Hold 1–5 minutes

Use a block or blanket between hips and heels if knees feel uncomfortable.
