Steps

  1. Lie on back
  2. Bend knees, place feet hip-width apart near hips
  3. Place hands beside ears
  4. Press up half-way and hold
  5. For full expression: straighten arms and legs
  6. Hold 5–10 breaths

Tips

Warm up extensively with Bridge and Camel Pose first.

What is the difference between Chakrasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana?
These are often used interchangeably. Both refer to Wheel Pose, an intense backbend.
