Nadi Shodhana Pranayama

A powerful pranayama balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Clears energy channels and calms the nervous system.

Balances nervous system, reduces stress and anxiety, clears energy channels (nadis), improves concentration, prepares for meditation.

How To Practice

Sit comfortably. Use the right hand (Vishnu Mudra): index and middle fingers folded. Close right nostril with thumb, inhale through left. Close left nostril with ring finger, exhale through right. Inhale through right, close, exhale through left. This is one cycle. Do 5-20 cycles.
