An advanced balancing twist combining the challenge of Half Moon with the detoxifying benefits of twisting. Requires exceptional balance and strength.

Strengthens the entire body, dramatically improves balance, deeply twists and detoxifies the spine, builds focus and concentration.

How To Practice

From Half Moon, lower the top arm to the hip. Rotate the torso, bringing the top hand to the floor and bottom hand to the sky. Keep the standing leg straight and back leg lifted. This is an advanced variation — use a block under the bottom hand.
