Parsva Balasana
A gentle spinal twist on all fours that opens the shoulders, chest, and upper back. Excellent for releasing neck and shoulder tension.
Releases shoulder and neck tension, gently twists the thoracic spine, opens the chest, calms the mind.
Start on hands and knees (Table Top). Slide the right arm under the left arm, resting the right shoulder and cheek on the mat. The left arm can stay or reach overhead. Hold 1-2 minutes each side.
