The 'victorious breath' fundamental to Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Creates internal heat and a meditative ocean sound that anchors attention.

How To Practice

Breathe in and out through the nose. Slightly constrict the back of the throat (as if fogging up a mirror, but with mouth closed). This creates an ocean wave sound. Lengthen both inhale and exhale to equal counts. Use throughout asana practice.
