A standing forward fold with legs wide apart. Deeply stretches the inner thighs, hamstrings, and back while calming the nervous system.

Stretches hamstrings and inner thighs, strengthens legs, relieves mild backache, calms the mind, improves balance.

How To Practice

Stand with feet 3-4 feet apart. Hinge at hips, bringing hands to the floor. Option to walk hands back between feet, or clasp hands behind back. Keep weight even across both feet. Hold 1-3 minutes.
