Prasarita Padottanasana
A standing forward fold with legs wide apart. Deeply stretches the inner thighs, hamstrings, and back while calming the nervous system.

Stand with feet 3-4 feet apart. Hinge at hips, bringing hands to the floor. Option to walk hands back between feet, or clasp hands behind back. Keep weight even across both feet. Hold 1-3 minutes.
