Baddha Konasana
A seated hip opener with soles of feet together. One of yoga's most versatile poses, excellent for opening the hips and inner thighs.
Opens inner thighs and groins, stimulates reproductive organs, relieves menstrual discomfort, improves circulation in the legs.
Sit with soles of feet together, drawing heels toward the pelvis. Hold feet or ankles with both hands. Option to fold forward over the feet, or flap knees up and down like butterfly wings for gentle hip opening. Hold 1-5 minutes.
