Supta Baddha Konasana
A restorative supine hip opener. Lying on the back with soles together, it passively opens the inner thighs and hips.
Opens inner thighs and groins, relaxes the pelvic floor, relieves menstrual discomfort, calms anxiety.
Lie on back. Bring soles of feet together, letting knees fall open to the sides. Place hands on belly or extend them overhead. Support knees with blocks or pillows if needed. Relax completely for 3-10 minutes.
